The Gimson Festival

The Gimson Festival was founded in 1982 by Wickham Bishops Drama Club in memory of our late President Brigadier Bill Gimson.
Several drama groups take part in the Festival where they perform a one act play which lasts a maximum of 45 minutes. At the end of the day, after adjudication by a guest adjudicator, the awards are presented.
Wickham Bishops Drama Club has won a number of awards over the years.
